does the ms3 require fly-cutting? and does it have pretty good street manners?

It has VERY good street manners, and it does not require fly cutting on a stock head.

On a stock head it does not require flycutting. I daily drove the MS3 for about 2 years before swapping to my current setup. As long as you've got a good tune in the car and all the supporting mods, it can be driven on a daily basis.
