bare block what's the best way,

to store it the pistons are out ( complete motor apart) how would you keep the clyinders from rust,oil them up or what for 6-9 mo.'s? thanks michael <img src="graemlins/gr_xmas.gif" border="0" alt="[santa]" />

I would put some bearing grease on the cylinder walls to keep the moisture out. whe ready to build, spray carburetor cleaner in the cylinders. Don't forget the lifter bores and the crank journals...
