Default Looking for best heads money can buy???

I'm in the market for a top notch set of heads for my stock bottom end motor.
I'm leaning towards AFR's or Trick Flows.

I want 11.5 cr. 2.02/1.57 valves.

My cam is a comp 234/242 591/601 on a 114+4.
I may even change the cam to a newer grind if recommended.

I want to make max power and max TQ for a street/strip car.

Recommendations wanted!

ET Preformance makes a very nice head.their 11* degree line is phenominal. I haven't dealt with alot of the other suppliers here becuase the power we get out of the ET stuff has been so consistent i hate to change suppliers.Pick the heads that best fit your budget and goals.

I just got off there site. I have heard nothing but good things about ETP heads. But I hear the wait time can be long to get them.

This is true. The wiat time can be long. But they just moved and have made some changes. The best thing to do is outline your time frame with Craig over there and see if its realistic for what your time line is. I personally always wait on them and I am never disapointed.

I really like my Dart 225 heads, they flowed 315 cfm @ .600 lift. The heads are coated with a 2000º ceramic coating allowing me to run a 11:1 cr with no KR on 92 octane pump gas.

You can't go wrong with any of the heads listed above.

either the afr or tfs is a great head. not much of a wait time and both are awesome heads.the etp is a good head but the wait, which is debated why there is such a wait in my mind,is a nuisance.go with either of the 3 that is available and can get u what cc chamber you want.

The TSP Terminators look like a nice piece, although this:

Afr heads are a proven performer. Et heads are great, although expect to wait some. The TFS heads look like they'll be one of the new hot things. I just checked out jeffstar's thread and they look damn good.

With that cam which is very similar to a G5X3 114, I would go with AFR 205 milled with .040 Cometic.

Buy some good after market heads then send them off to get ported. For about $5,000.00 you can have a kick *** set of heads.

I read it as soon as I got it. BUT they said there was a little more hand finish work done to them. Some of the others were as cast I think.
That little bit of extra work is why they prevailed over the others.

But they look kick ***.
