just scored some MAC's w/orp for $400 I was told I'd have to lift the engine on one side to get the header in but I don't know which side yet. I'd like any input from those who ran these headers or from those who currently have them installed. I know I've got to pick up some o2 sims but that's no big deal. How about the A/C plumbing.. does any of it have to be removed to get the header in? I have access to a lift so I am hoping that it won't take as long as if I was doing this at home in my garage. Hopefully with this set up I can see 15 rwhp. Thanks for any input dudes! |
Re: just scored some MAC's w/orp for $400 You will get more than 15RWHP Port the snot weld out of the primaries and cut off the 2.5 inch collector and slip a piece of 3 inch pipe over it when you weld it up. They flow great and make good power I didnt have to drop my motor to get them in. I just undid one of the tranny crossmember sides and move the trany (Nad motor) over a little bit and they winged right in. Good luck! Chris |
