Default Max bore on an LQ9 and LM7 Iron Block?

Im wondering how well an LQ9 6.0L iron block will hold up and if its even capable of being bored .080 or .100 over stock, and also can a 4.100 crank be used?

Ok, same question for the LM7 5.3L iron block, i have heard you can bore them .125 over and use stock size LS1 pistons and LS1 crank and have a 5.7L iron block engine, but i was just wondering if this is common and if so how well does the block hold up after beinge bored out so much, any overheating problems on the street? That tyoe of thing.

Thanks
