Default Im sure this is a repost... but give me your opinion please!

Im stuck between 7 cams...
Thunder 224
MTI T1 or B1 or Hammer
MMS 224 or 229
G5

from what it looks like the G5 seems to be a dyno cam, while the MMS, MTI and Thunder cams seem to put the best numbers on the tracks! I have a 2001 SS 6 speed, MAF Translator and PP3, cutout, lid, and looking for a cam now. I will be adding nitrous in the very near future as well as a set of headers (everything is backordered from TTS, FLP, SLP etc so im gonna wait till they are available)... Im looking for recommendations, as well as dynos, track times etc with stock heads! Ive looked over the list of cams that raughammer did and Im starting to lean towards TR 224 or MMS 224 or 229, It just comes down to what the majority of shops recommend.. everyone says their cam is better when I called each shop... Help!

If everything seems to be equal, look at price.

Of those cams, performance should be in the same range. My .02 I'm going to do a 224 cam in the .560 range. I'm not sure which company so it'll probably come down to price, availibility, etc.

I like my Thunder 224 cam. You can't go wrong with it! Great power and driveability around town.

They are all relatively the same price... within a few bucks or so... So it really comes down to what each cam is capable of, I dont want a Dyno Queen cam, I want a all out performer! I was looking at the Hot Cam due to price, but still deciding. Leaning towards the TR 224 or the MMS 224 though!
