Are you sure you have driven it enough to burn off all the stuff that may have collected in you exhaust during head swap?tHERE REALLY SHOULDNT BE ANY REASON FOR MOTOR TO START USING OIL, have you modded pcv system?

There are many things that will cause smoke. Does it smoke all the time, or just on decelleration? Does the smoke smell like oil or antifreeze, how long have you had it running since you did the job? Pull the plugs, do any of them look wet?

Pull the plugs and see if you can isolate a cylinder that may be causing the problem. Nobody has mentioned valve seals yet.

Well, i just dont want to beleive you have broken a ring land or cracked a piston at the same time as the new heads went on. You dont use nitrous and havent revved the crap out of the car....so. What has changed?

THE HEADS.

Either your valve guides have too much clearance, you have poor valve guides ( i know you are trying a different set seals...what is this, the third?)
Dont let anyone tell you it's because you have too much vaccum...thats hog wash.

Now you could have a hole in the heads casting or some other such problem... but those are pretty rare. (they do happen)

Do all the plugs look the same? Take them out and number them and let us know....sorry i have been out of touch.
