Mobil 1 0w40 or 5w40. If I could find some GC 0w30 I would run that. Amsoil 5w40 is also a great choice.

M1 breaks down too fast & is too thin
German CASTROL 0-30 worked very well for me as does Castrol Syntec 5-30 (also averaged 5psi oil pressure over M1)

Redline 10-30 is my #1 - 10-15 psi over M1 and hardly breaks down

i change my oil & filter ever 6-7 weeks or so since i drive 20,000 per year

royal purple 5w 30. Stays clean well past 3000 miles. Its pricey though

Castrol GTX, in all my cars and truck, never a issue, truck 170,000 miles, 106,000 on the 97, before the 80 year old man trashed my 98, it had 34,234 miles, oil change every 3,000 miles.

Mobil 1 is using a Basestock III now.
Not 100% synthetic anymore.

Castrol Syn 10w30 and M1 10w30. With the M1 pn210 filter for the 6.0l motors.

I don't use it for cutting oil, I use it in my CNC Mill Fadal 5020.. Its for the Way lube oil.. That **** smokes you out if you do.. I can't stand that ****. and the smell is something to be desired..
