Default Cam ideas for 375 6.0 motor??

I have a 6.0 motor with a good crank. Need to know how much the stock crank will take. I am definately putting aftermarket pistons/rods should i go with je or ross on pistons, and has anyone had good luck out of the eagle rods. Any good recomendations on cams, i would like to run nos, but want motor to perform great off of nos. I already have ls1 5.7 aluminum heads with 2.02, 1.600 valves milled .30. should i go with the arp head stud kit, and main kit, or should new gm bolts be alright.I know alot about mechanics, just new to the ls1, and want to do it right the first time. All help will be appriciated. Also anyone with a similar setup, any dyno numbers, expectations?

Sounds like bench racing.. I would stick to a proven grind.. Try one of the MTI grinds. They work well with bigger engines..
