I posted the details to this in the Drag racing section for those of you that were looking for both Dyno and Track comparisons. I hope this is what you guys were looking for (Formula Joe). Take care.

You have seriously convinced me. I still think your car dyno'd well for a A4 and a 3500 stall.. My buddy dyno'd similar #'s and ran 11.33 at 119mph at 3500lbs..

No the converter wasn't locked. Jayson did ask me if I had looked into getting a lock up switch, I didn't think that it would make much difference at the track with the ST3500. No dyno tricks were used. I guess you could say it was a real data dyno run. I have since tweaked a bit on the tuning and added a Shaner S2 TB. Thanks.

I do have the Ultimate in converters "YANK" and I have removed the front sway bar as well as having an air bag in the right rear, but I know many guys with different converters and drag suspension that don't pull those 60 fts. I feel very very fortunate, but I'll bet $$$$ that I can better that 60 ft with some good air. <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />

Thanks again,

James

Has anyone gained rwhp on the dyno by locking the converter on a ST3500? I heard that it wouldn't make much difference with this converter. Just curious. TIA.
