Default how far can I go with the LS2 Vette exhaust manifold?

I have a bone stock 04 Z06 engine with the light weight valves and later factory cam. The only upgrade is a ported throttle body on the LS6 intake. I am using the LS2 Vette exhaust manifolds because of fitment problems, and long tubes are not an option. I need a cam with the most power and torque possible for this setup and exhaust system. I will run mandrel 2.5" duals with a cross over, and have a 3000 stall lock up convertor. Total weight is about 2800#. I have been fascinated by Patrick's low duration high lift aggressive lobe designs but have no idea how to calculate the less than optimal exhaust into a design. Any already existing cams out there that would be a good match? Open to all suggestions. Thanks, Mac
