Ticking sound?? With Video Oil Pressure great Video aint the greatest ticking sound when engine is at idel or low RPM's. Oil pressure is perfect any ideas?

Think it could be a bent rod? Goes away when driving can you really only notice it at Iding. Could be a spark plug I will try them tomorrow. Also I don't want to over torque the header bolts what is it like 20-25 on the bolts
