Car falls on it's face (HELP PLEASE)

Whenever i am crusing around town my car seems to be fine but when i hammer the gas it seems to fall on it's face and spurt. Also when i am at a stop light or something it wants to stall but when i give it gas it makes it die. Does anybody know what this can be from. I am trying to figure it out but i go on PINKS ALL OUT in June.

hmmm... id start by checking the 3 main componants (fuel, air, spark). obviously you are getting air. spark shouldnt be a problem if it drives fine around town. check your fuel delivery system. fuel pump could be going or your injectors could be clogged up a bit.

I had a similar issue and it was the crank shaft position sensor
