Oil Presuure Flucuating At Same Rpm?
Well start here.. These are 2 pics taken within 60 seconds of eachother.Car is in park and held at 2000 rpm's
Oil pressure at 40 psi
Oil pressure at 55
As the temp guage shows it cleary warmed up in both pics...ANY CLUES?

I thought that also but, its not a quick flutuation, Once it get up there in rpm's like th 55psi at 2000 rpms, it coincides with the rpms well and then all of a sudden its drops down to 25 at idle at a stop light. At that time it coincides with the rpms. Then it will get a bug in its *** and goes back up. Could this cause a lifter tick on the number 3 or 5 hole

throw an external test gauge on it first to confirm the readings.
if the readings are normal:
it's really easy to bump the sender and knock the other casing loose causing the erratic readings. give it a little wiggle or if you can see the orange seal ring at the metel base to plastic body seam, you'll know if it's loose. these senders are also known to take a dump internaly causing just the symptoms your seeing. changed a bunch of them at the dealers i've worked at. very rare to see a cluster problem. pinch any wires doing your massages?
if not:
check the oring on the pick-up tube to the oil pump for a cut or pinch. i've seen some rookie porting that have oversized the bore area and the ring will not have a tight seal sucking air. yes air induced into the oil pump will cause lifter ticking and much worse.
did you install a heavier spring or plug into the oil pump pressure relief system?
the valve could be sticking on it's own in the bore and/or broken spring and/or a chunk of crap sticking the valve
my bets on a faulty sender.

Mine fluctuates at the same RPM, but it only changes when I go from No Throttle to light throttle. The Oil PSI will drop 2-3 PSI when I do... It is kinda scary, but nothing has happened in 50+K miles I have had it....
