Default Which valve springs for a TR230/236

Alright, I am about to buy a TR230/236 on 111+2 from a member. What kind of valve springs should I run with this setup and where should I get them?

I have PRC dual golds. Works perfect with my 230/236.

I bought the Patriot Gold kit for my Torquer and they're awesome. I got 'em for $250 at Speed Inc.

PP duals Gold kit will be fine, also you'll need 7.425 pushrods from Comp cam and LS2 timing gear + gaskets.

Lift on the cam is ~.600

Yea I got away with a 7.4 pushrod but I milled the heads some and thinner head gasket. Definitely upgrade the timing chain!

Ok, i already got the oil pump, push rods, and the cam. I know I need some springs and a timing chain. Is there anything else I will need for the swap? BE SPECIFIC please, I am not a mechanic whatsoever.
