RPM chip?
 
I have a 99 trans am ws6 when i hammer the gas it seems as if it has a rpm limiting chip at 6500 is that correct? also if i hammer it in anything but low and shift it myself it seems to hit the rpm chip and has trouble shifting any ideas.
