Iron 408 Main caps Stock or Billet Hi Guys
Need a bit of info here. I have a 2002 Iron 6.0. I am putting it in my 2002 Z28 M6. I have a new Scat 4.0 stroker kit and have one of the new
I- Chargers coming also. It is a Twin Screw but does not need a intercooler. No hood bubble when I buy my Vette some day. I know that the Scat crank and rods have held 1200 hp in one of Holdners 6.0 motors. Its in the LS1 Dyno book he put out. My question is at what level do I need to go to the Billet caps on this block. I plan on pushing it hard and have not been able to get hold of Richard to ask him if it had the stock caps with the ARP kit or not. Anyone out there have some feed back on the limits of the caps?
