I don't think they do anything special to the heads, but like the guy above said, just give them a call.

they use AFR heads, but i dont think the sell them

Yeah, they sell them. I think they normally don't have any extra work done to them, but I'm sure that they could work something out if you wanted someone to go over them by hand.

if they dont have to be worked over to get good numbers then ill leave them alone, just trying to find out if they do any kind of work on them to produce the numbers they post on their website. If you dont mind me asking what kind of numbers are you putting down?
