Default How are you guys heat cycling comp 918's

I just installed a cam and have the blue stripe comp 918 valve springs. I know you are supposed to heat cycle them but could not remember what the pocedure was supposed to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't think there is any Rocket Science to this.

Before running any high rpm, just drive the car normally a few times.

After a couple of days of "sane" driving, you should be ok....

just dont do any wot runs for a few days to be safe. Theh just need to get to normal operating temps and then cool down a few times. Just normal drive the car for a whole day or something with plenty cool downs and you are good to go. No need to go right out and WOT after one cycle. You will have plenty days to WOT the car afterwards
