3.185 stroke
6.500 rod

some1 care to help me figure out a piston thats gonna work im tryin to keep from decking the block.................

roughly a compression height of 1.150 or so, your probably gonna have to have someone like JE, DIAMOND, WIESCO, etc... make you a set.

je makes sum for a 4.125 bore there like $900+
but they have that compression height but there sbc pistons

would they work?


is compression height different than pin height??

I looked for you, but haven't scene any LS family pistons in a catalog that fits all you criteria yet?

ok in a 4.030 bore with a compression height of 1.125 there are alot of sbc pistons with .927 wrist pins so i could just bore the 6.0block .030 and deck it .025 and these would work wouldnt they??

no you cant use sbc pistons,valve reliefs are different-need custom made

15* vs 23* probably not gonna work well, then skirts have to be alot smaller to clear reluctor ring, etc... You will need a custom LS1 piston jk.
