Default X1 can plus stock tune, can I drive the car hard?

Cam is installed but still running the stock tune for now, can I get on it any or have I got to run it easy till the tune?

I would reccomend waiting till you have a tune. You don't want any dentonation happening.

My car was running lean as **** on the stock tune. I'm glad I didn't beat on it. I think your better off waiting but its up to you.

30rwhp and i think about the same tq.

yes the car was lean but these motors are not made of glass. just dont run it at 6k for 20 minutes until you got a tune lol short little bursts to enjoy the fruits of your labor will be ok.

I would go with the majority here. You got like 5 people saying it's a bad idea and only one saying do it. That's a prety good size cam your gonna be real lean. And although the O2 sensor can help you at cruise the engine reverts to open loop at/near WOT.

My engine ran a ton better with a tune on just my Stealth II cam, and that is a very mild cam and sounds nearly stock.

I would say patience is a good thing here.
