High rpm's after adding octane booster???

Ok. As you see, i have a pretty big cam. The guys at texas speed tuned it. So its pretty darn driveable. Tonight after installing a new master clutch cylinder i took it for a drive to get used to the new height of the clutch. I needed gas so i put premium plus some outlaw octane booster.. Down the road minutes later my engine was wanting to stay at high rpm's. It would eventually come down with the help of a little brake. But even on the roll if i left it in gear instead of gradually coming down it sat at a higher rpm then it should've been. I put the octane in first, while the tank was empty. Just wondering what could've caused this?

I don't think the octane had anything to do with it. happened to me before. But after quick rev then the rpm's go down again. Maybe the throttle body stuck a little bit.

The tune needs tweaking.
