reluctor wheel in a 06 silv.5.3 and a 2004 6.0 block the same wheel??? hey anybody know what reluctor wheel comes in a 2006 5.3l engine if it a 58x tooth wheel or a 24x reluctor wheel? its because im building a 370ci. out of a 2004 6.0 and i was wondering if the wheel changes in this two engines and if its going to afect me my truck is a 2006 silverado and im going to use a 2004 6.0 block with the 6.0 crank. and i saw this in the tsp web site-
2005 and older 24x tooth reluctor wheel on the crankshaft. If you have a 2006+ vehicle that you will be installing our engine in you may need the updated 58x tooth reluctor wheel! so whats up anybody knows??? should i leave the wheel it already has on the 6.0 crank and use it in my 2006 silverado wich used to have a 5.3 flex-fuel...?
