Hi Guys,

sometimes when i start my car, the idle will surge between 800-300/400 rpms. and it wont correct itself until i turn off the car and restart it. it idles alittle high about 900+ rpms.

This is in a swapped Rx7, i am sure i have no vaccum leaks( well i had one and prevented another)

If someone could just point me in the right direction i would be very grateful.
