Default 6.0L In a thirdgen - H/C/I Help with cam/output

Hey Everyone.

Im planning a 6.0L build into my iroc-z for this winter. Its currently got a 5.3L and im looking to kick the power output in the nuts, but still allow the thing to be fairly streetable.

Car:
1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-z
4L60e Automatic
3.73 Geared 10 bolt
3200lb Chassis

Heres my goals:
400+ Rwhp if possible, Choppy idle, but not so bad that it will barely run. Im well aware fuel milage will take a ****, but if i can pick some parts that will retain any fuel milage, that would be sweet.

Here's what parts ive decided on:
6.0L Iron Block
LQ Rotating assembly
LS2 Timing chain
Ported/Shimmed Oilpump
L92 Heads
L76 Intake
Stainlessworks 1 3/4" LT headers

Any cam input would be awesome along with some approx HP numbers. Id also thought about an MS3 or 4 cam, what kinda hp would i be expecting with one of them cams?

Thanks for the input! (I searched, came up with nothing)
