Default LQ4 6.0 with Polluter cam..anyone have this setup?

i am in the process of a lq4 6.0 build, and am trying to decide on a cam. it won;t be boosted for at least another year, so i want to put down some good n/a and nitrous numbers this spring. won't be a DD, but it will see its fair share of road miles (at least 200 per week during the spring/summer). I have 317 heads, and want to have them milled..how much milling can i do with the polluter cam? anyone with a similar setup plz chime in. i tried a search and came up with nothing

Have you seen any track times from that cam yet?
I've been waiting, but from all I can tell there's still no results in other than dyno numbers from a dyno queen (6-speed 10bolt car).

That cam and the LQ4 don't mix, it will be all top end and no low end. I would suggest getting 243 heads instead of milling the 317, both have idetical ports but the 243 have a smaller chamber. Or step up to a good stage II head or aftermarket.

We have a similar cam as these big cams (24x, .6xx, 112) in our LQ4 bottom end race car, but it has 10.4 CR. Through a TH400, 12-bolt and a 4600 stall it dynoed 494rwhp @ 6500rpms.
