LS3 Won't Start
 

Just got my LS3 in my 56 Bel Air. I'm getting 60psi of fuel. Getting 12 volts at the injectors. Spark at the plugs. When I turn on the key, there is no response at the throttle body. Tried another throttle body from different engine and another accelorator pedal. I'm getting around 5.25 volts on two of the pins and 2.6 on the third of the throttle body connection. Any suggestions?

What harness are you using? Is the throttle pedal compatable with that harness and ECU?

What ECU?

You should be able to log through tunign software to see if you are getting inputs from all the sensors as well as the ECU.
