Default LS3 intake on L92 2007 Cadillac Escalade

Im going to be getting cam and headers for my 2007 Escalade. During my install I want to convert from the ugly l92 intake to the ls3 intake so i can run the corvette covers and make the engine compartment look a bit more sporty

My questions is when switching to the LS3 intake. What can I retain and what will I need to switch between the factory and the LS3 intake as far as fuel lines, injectors, throttle body etc? What about the front of the engine? Will I need to relocate any of the accessories?

Please let me know if I'm over looking anything as well.

Thanks in advance guys!!!

Thats an 08 I just put in the classifieds, 2010 camaro waterpump and tensioner gets the interference issue gone, S&P brackets moved the alt.

Hope that helps
