Trying to get 550 hp out of my Trans am 2001 ws6 wat cam should I use with the 243 heads?

At the rear wheels with stock 243 heads? A larger cam, and at least a 150 shot of nitrous.

You should use one for a gen 3 engine...none of which you will find in the gen 4 external section...

243's? Hell no! You better call TEA, get some TFS milled heads to a 12~ to 1 compression, a nice specs cam, a good set of 1 7/8 headers and a good flowing exhaust to name a few.

Wrong section. LOL Not going to happen with 243's. 450 at the wheels is good with those heads. We ran 7.0's with a 150 shot with 243's and a Fast 92 in the 1/8th. Thats around 550 RWHP.

I got dart pro heads and ls6 block all forged.

You aren't getting 550 rwhp with stock cubes without a power adder. This is the Gen IV section, your engine is a Gen III.
