Default ls3 in my 02 ws6, whats it gonna take

so after dropping a lifter in my cam only ls1 that made 412/403 top the wheels at its prime i replaced it with a stock lq4 w/ epp boost cam, slp dbl roller, ls7 lifters, slp pump and katech rod bolts, that lasted a year,
i was racing a friend in his turbo camaro and the motor seized up, was having some oil pressure issues,
the next day it started but made all kinds of weird noises.

now i want to go back to aluminum and want an ls3

what do i need to make it work with my car (stock harness and pcm)

I've done it. Just a few minor things, the Lingenfelter 58x-24x box, and tune.

I'm doing the same swap now and from what I understand, if you want to swap the wheel, you have to take the engine apart and it's more expensive, more of a hassle than it's worth, unless you're building the motor from scratch.

Short rundown; Picked up a zero mile LS3 short block on fleabay. Took the rods and pistons out, ARP2000 rod bolts checked and installed. Piston rings gapped(stock was .006 on the top ring ) I didn't want to go further on a stock motor so the 58x wheel stayed in. SDPC LS3 heads and PRC spring kit. checked my pushrod length to put me .06 preloading the lifter on a custom 3 bolt cam on LSR lobes. If you use the 58x box make sure you have the 3 bolt 4 bump timing gear. Cleaned up the heads a little but nothing that would affect port velocity. Then topped with a complete intake/rails/injectors from fleabay. You wouldn't believe the final cost

Knock sensors were moved to the side of the block and map sensor RTV'd and held down on the front of the intake so the computer is happy.
Hope this helps, I am not good at the internet/ wish I knew how to put pics up

Ha... for the effort, I'll tell you how to post pics. If you can, upload them to a hosting site, photobucket, etc... (I use imageshack.us), you'll see a link for the picture called "Direct Link". Copy this link and past it in the post. Once it's in the post, surround the link with image tags. It's [ img]directlink[ /img] and remove the spaces after the brackets. (I put the spaces there for this explanation as if I didn't add the spaces, the text would disappear as it'd think I was inserting an image.).

Use injector adapters, cam trigger extension, map wiring extension, 5 wire 2002 Vett mass air flow with adapter and use a custom built LS3 with a 24 tooth crank. Re tune the computer for LS3 with five wire maf.
