Default 1998-99 vs 2000-02 SLP lid

I have a 99 trans am ws6 and I was going to buy a slp lid from summit and everyone is telling me to get a 2000-02 for it but my car doesnt have the air pump. Is there somthing special about it? I cant find any differences.

One has a plug where the hole would be for the air pump hose. The '00-'02 ones probably don't have the plug that you will need.

And wrong forum (Should be Gen III external), but no biggie.

Just call Summit, they will make sure you get the lid that has the little plug for the air pump on an SLP lid.
