Default Ls7 missfire

Hey guys so I'm having an issue with my c6 z06 .. Little run down has heads cam intake e85 102mm tb tuned .. Car was running great for the last 6 months however just recently I got this bad sputter above 4K almost like valve float . I recently burned an o2 sensor wire extension but replaced it . I've done plugs wires new e85 and still no luck no codes just a bad sputter any idea what it can be ? Thanks!

That was exactly what it was . I had dual prc springs and the outside spring broke ,do you think I'd be able to get away with just replacing the springs ? Or possible piston valve contact ?

You can try just the springs and check the pushrods why your there. You can buy or possibly rent a bore scope inspetion camera, I bought mine for around 65.00 on ebay but walmart and auto parts stores carries them. You can rotate each cylinder to where the piston is down and stick the camera thru the sparkplug hole and see if you see any damage to the piston or valves. That's what I would do at the least when you change the springs.
