Default Will this sheet metal intake clear on a 4th gen?

Looking at this intake and may need something for my 98 TA if I get a LS3 setup for the top end.

Anyone know if it will clear the 4th gen cowl and has anyone used this setup? Little over 600$, makes it attractive.

I got a stock intake looking to upgrade & seen this same intake. Was wondering how good it is, would like something besides a Fast. Vic Jrs flow really well, not with an elbow they don't. Must cut cowl & run 4150 TB, was really leaning that way but don't wanna cut cowl that bad. This intake looks like it flows really well. Just find a spot to tap in for brake booster & Map sensor. A lil positive feedback would be awesome!

The short intake that you posted the picture of looks to be their LS7 intake. The LS3 is taller than that one.

Those intakes look nice but didn't do very well in the manifold shootout Hot Rod did a while back. Decent peak numbers but really killed torque IIRC.
