Default These Headers, power range?

For a LS3 with a yet to be decided mid-high range cam, these headers have 1 7/8" primaries into the 3" collector. What rev range do you think they are likely to be most effective in? Interested in these particular ones because the primaries look to be equal length.

Have gone with a used pair of late HSV/Z28 OE's pics above. Primaries are 1 3/4" which should be just right for a cammed only LS3, note the unusual 1,3 and 2,4 plumbing which I hope has some power significance. From what I've found out these will drop little power compared with long tubes and may even do better higher up the rev range.
