Any dyno numbers? Looks like it gets right of the o-ring on the intake.

Yes, we eliminate the stock o-ring and include a gasket to go between the 102mm throttle body and the intake.

We've been doing Radical Porting with the 90mm throttle body for several years with great success. The Radical Ported LS2 intake picks up 19 rwhp and the LS3 and LS7 intakes 15 rwhp. We'll pass along results with the new 102mm setup as we get them.

Any ideas on how these compare to a real FAST 102? I mean after buying your manifold, you're close to $700 spent on one of these...which is easily FAST money.

We've been doing the Radical ported intakes for several years with great success (90mm opening). The Radical ported intake with the stock 90mm throttle body picks up about the same RWHP gain as the FAST 102 with 90mm stock throttle body. I anticipate the Radical 102 will perform about the same as the FAST 102 with 102mm throttle bodies. However, we can get more out of the FAST 102 by porting it, but that adds to the cost of the FAST setup.

To Radical 102 port a customer's stock manifold the cost is just $445 (car intakes). That's significantly less than a FAST 102. If the customer doesn't want their vehicle down, we have cores on hand that can be ported and the customer can pay a refundable core charge. In a few rare cases, a customer may not have a stock manifold to send in and that is a case when the cost with the additional intake manifold price is around $700.

The Radical 102 offers a great bang for the buck.

Default Radical 102 gains 23 RWHP!

Just got this great note from a RADICAL 102 customer!

“The new addition is great. I didn’t realize how choked up the motor was until the upgrade. I've gotten horse power gains of 23 with the porting and the new 102 throttle body. Although programming is very tedious and sensitive I would still highly recommend anyone with 550+ horse power to have you guys handle the porting. Thanks for all your help.”

We are waiting for before/after dyno charts from the above customer that reports a 23 RWHP gain. We'll post those as soon as we get them.

Have you ever opened up a LS6 to run a 90MM LS2 throttle body?

No, we are not able to open the neck of the throttle body opening that far on the LS6 intake. You would be best off switching to the ported FAST 92 intake or Radical Ported LS2 intake setup.

15whp is great. I did this doing alot more work adding a full 102mm inlet neck on the intake with porting it and didn't gain anything.

This one had a 102mm inlet W/ a 102 TB and a ton of time porting.
Back to back on the dyno it gained nothing.

Any track testing? Also, what is the application? There can certainly be times when increasing CSA can cost you.
