Nice looking for sure! I've been looking at the DART version PRO1 LS 12° 285cc CNC for my LS7 style 427 build.

Bad *** intake manifold. I was considering this one for my 427 build, too. My LS7 cylinder heads and Lingenfelter camshaft require a long runner intake manifold. This one is the only LS7 intake on the market that looks good, in my opinion. And it has like 11 inch runners. It should boost torque output a bunch.

That's pretty much my dream intake there. I started building my own years ago from an ls1 base, polished stainless tubes, & then aluminum plenums after I couldn't weld the thin stainless, which would go into a 2 into 1 mouth.
Was a pretty intense fabrication project which a only worked on a little here & there & haven't got back to in a few years. May not ever finish for this vehicle in favor of a crazy 8 into 1 or a 180 degree header setup running over top of engine, taking up space I had for it.
Here's the old link, not sure n how many photobucket pics would show up, some in my flicker link.

The cross ram design powerwise is pretty much a no compromises design for all around total power production, space ,complexity, & cost being the main real downsides.

Any particular reason for the LS2? The LS3's are 1/3 of the price so I just bought two for significantly less than a second LS2. If you stick with the stock ecm I would love to see how you go about dealing with the maf's.

^^^ more than likely switching to speed density. I already owned 1 ls2 90mm tb, got good deal on other one matching. Otherwise i wasnt partial. Im strongly considering using my holley system for the tuning capabilities n plug n play harness with these. I ve yet to look into it further with a stock ecm n wiring harness

Pure engine ****. Fingers crossed it is everything you are looking for. Very cool ride too. I'd love to do something similar eventually too. Good move on the heads - smaller is better until the engine simply needs more air, and at 427 it won't need more than that

What a wild ride that thing will be. Drove a Chevy II Nova with a 400 small block putting out about 420hp for a while and i thought it was a little too much for the street. I don't think my license would make it a month.
