Any stalled Full size trucks out there?
Thinking about putting a 2600 stall in my 08’ Crew Cab Silverado.. How good do you think it’ll still tow?

Unless it's in lockup while towing, the fluid will get a lot hotter due to increased slippage before stall RPM, as towing on the flat is done at a lower than stall speed.

Building a 6liter right now for towing, 99 4x4 extra cab. I had Tony Mamo spec my camshaft, and he told me to keep the stall around 2500 for any tow rig.

For some reason I thought the OP said 3600RPM stall. DOH!! 2600...… WAY better! lol
What you said Scott, and I would guess while towing it would be locked most of the time.

should still tow fine with 2600 rpm, like said above it would be better if you get something you can confidently lock up from 3rd/4th gear and up otherwise with a 6l80 and stock gears most of the time cruising you'll be under that stall speed.
had a 278mm circle d stall in my yukon to begin with stalled 26-2800 it towed smaller trailers fine 4k lbs or so never towed anything bigger. replaced with a 258mm triple disc 3600ish stall, i dont think it'd tow all that great lol. a little more that normal driving and it just sits on the stall speed and runs thru 1-4th till it locks up
