Default FAST LSX R intake ports bent/cracked

Hey guys.

I pulled off my fast lsx R intake manifold and noticed where the intake meets the head, the plstic is bent and cracked on 3 of them. Any reason for this to be happening? Can it be fixed by heating and bending back or time to buy a new lower section? I emailed FAST about this and no response yet.

You sure it's cracked rather than a mold line or seam between parts? Look at a new one and see if they don't have the same markings.

Over torqued intake bolts is what it looks like to me. Where it's cracked doesn't look like it would cause any vacuum leaks though so I wouldn't worry to much about it.

I would say over torqued also. They don't really need to be that tight at all, just snug.
