Ls7 Valve issues narrowed down to 08-11?

I apologize if this was already posted- but I came across this article suggesting the c6 Z06 Value issue has been narrowed down to ONLY 08-11 models. So, anyone with a 06/07 drop valves? Does this mean all 06/07s should go up in value? :)
