Default GM power steering pump issues

Ive got a GM power steering pump, using the earls adapter an-6 fitting, but i seem to be leaking from it, so not sure where the o ring seal should go??

should be in the postition in picture 2 or 3 ?? or somewhere else, are you meant to use a copper washer aswell or ??

The pump you have is a Toyoda style pump used on the CTS-V accessory drive. The fitting you are trying to use is for a GM Type II pump, it won't work in the Toyoda pump. We sell a fitting for the Toyoda pump which is part # TUR18.

Thanks,
Junior

yes you correct, i played with it more today, no matter where that seal is, it wont stop leaking, i put the factory fitting back in, then found a adapter that fitted in with a o ring at the bottom of it, it has a -6an fitting on the other end, seems to be dry so far, need to get engine started soon to see if it fully works

thanks chaps
