Max valve size for ls2 block?

I’ve been searching for at least 2 days on the max valve size. I’m buying a set of ported ls3 heads and the intake is 2.165 and the exhaust is 1.6.

Will this fit a 4.000 bore. I don’t know how they are spaced but that leaves .235 clearance.

Yes. The big valve/rectangular port heads are also used as stock on the 6.0L LY6 truck engine.
