Got a little tuning to go, not sure if the #'s will improve much more though. It's hard to believe how good this engine rev's, it's crisp as heck.
Great looking power curve! Do you have a flow sheet for those heads?

They flow around 317cfm, but the flow #'s aren't the big thing. It's how they flow that air that's make's them work so well. The valve job on these heads has a lot to do with the power. And the have a CNC combustion chamber.

Well, let's try this. Stop being vague like you have no real info. Give us the info. What are these "quality issues" that you keep referring to with no specifics?

I will, but it's going to be a while. I'm majorly scrapping for funding right now. I'm going to finish my 93 first. Then, it's on to my Formula.

Do a search on Texas Speed and the Dart heads........ only "quality" issues that anyone has ever had.... funny what the wrong valve seals will do.

Agree, the only issue was the bad rap Dart received from a CNC'd version of their head by Texas Speed.

So is this Dyno graph, it's everywhere even on your regular sites. It was posted on your local site at 12pm today.

I'm fully aware. That's why I don't get why HEMIETR keeps just saying that the Dart heads had quality issues of their own, but he's not saying what they are. All I know of is when TSP screwed them up.

Honestly it depends on what you want. My stuff was 120% custom one off stuff so I paid significantly more, BUT I still consider it a bargain for what I got.

I wouldn't be surprised if this thread gets locked....

The key here is the results for the money and not the least amount of money spent.

I see that no one wants to say what they paid for their worked Darts. How about this, if you add the cost of having them reworked to the cost of the bare casting and you subtract it from the $2500 "premium head" price tag, will you have change?

Call a few shops. Richard at WCCH will be more than happy to speak with you about it as will any of the others. I was just talking to him is why I mentioned him.

There are no quality problems with Dart 225CC heads, somebody screwed around with valve guides and created problems. When I had my tune done at Eastside in Conn.Ken Q told me he had never seen such a clean running LS.If you need a great running head and don't have crazy expectations they are fine. They are especially good on Forced Induction because of there extra thick decks.I run mine NA ,they are out of the box and bolted on.Wanna go really fast get some Trick Flows or ETPs.For the money Darts are the best.

Check it out NA at Atco 3/24.Dart Headed Formula
