Replacing the LY2's controller with the LMF Unit = Flex fuel LY2 ?

Hey

Any news on transforming a standard GEN IV engine into a GEN IV FLEX FUEL engine? From what i read all engine use the same E38 Controller and 58X Ignition System. The recognition of the fuels ethanol content is done by the Stock O2 sensors an Flex Fuel specific controllers calibration/software.

Does this mean i can take:

cheap 4.8 Engine (300 HP)
LS2 (400 HP +25%) Intakemainfold (That will fit under my hood) with the bigger injectors
Controller (Or BIN-File) from 5.3 LMF
Dynotune on E85
Test run on Regular or Premium.
Give a **** about the EPA (cause there is none in Europe)

And be done?

Or is there something i miss?
