Default Lsx Block and Ls7 Heads

I've got a set of a stock Ls7 Heads and a new lsx block.

I've just been considering my options on what to build like a Big Cude n/a motor, low comp Forced induction, or nitrous.

If you had this setup to start a build with what would you go with? Its going in a weekend street/strip car. Thanks

if i had those parts, i would go witha high compression, hi rpm motor.
440ci, 8000 rpm on race day, solid roller, 2in. headers, cary/beck intake, the works.

12:1 minimum, is considered high, sort of.
can still run on pump gas with correctly spec cam and calibation.
i woulnt have no prob. running a mix or e85 if i had too though, for something like that, if it was only a weekend/strip/callout car

Yeah I would have no problem running a mix. Small price to pay for having a sick street car.

There's not much sense in running higher compression, then pulling timing to run pump gas, it's like 3 steps forward and 2 1/2 steps back.

IF IT WERE ME, and i had the money, i'd go 434cid, solid roller, and stick a big-*** turbo on it.
