What vehicle came with 317's that have what looks like press in rocker studs and guide plates?

Never seen one, but I have seen the old Comp rockers installed that had studs and guideplates.

I'm pretty sure 317's are LS6 heads...basically the same as 243 (LS2) heads....As to what those particular heads came on, I'm clueless. I've never seen that setup.

317s are the stock heads for truck motors. thats whats on my 03 6.0
