Default lq4 swap cooling system question

ok well i have an lq4 in my 79 mercury capri which is a mustang more or less and its got an s400 turbo which gets in the way of the stock camaro radiator i was running. heres my dilemma the griffen radiator i want which measures 26in overall length and 16in high and 3in depth http://www.summitracing.com/parts/GRI-1-25221-X/ what do i do with the lines on the side of the water pump?? can i just loop them? because i dont run a heater core but the car drives on the street and then the top hose would still go to the top of the radiator and the bottom to the bottom correct?? i tried something before but it kept blowing off the cap everytime it got hot and that was using a 5.0 mustang radiator someone help me out please
