Default GM Racing Hyd. Lifters or Stock LS7 Lifters?

Which lifter would be better for 6500 rpm use? I know LS7 lifters are good, but would i benefit from getting GM racing lifters? Are the size of the lifters as far as height and pushrod length going to be the same for both lifters?

I am purchasing a set of TFS 225 cnc heads, with 1521 PAC .700 lift springs. I have the SNL v.X cam with about .650 lift on the intake side already, and thinking maybe i need a little more aggressive lifter? Not sure, what do you guys think?

LS7 or Morel for what you are doing. I would not trust the "Caddy" lifters in that area really.

FWIW: I pulled a set of Caddy lifters after a couple got noisy while running .660 lift and 1521's. I've got Morel link-bar lifters in there now.

Morel hydraulic roller lifters are slightly taller at the pushrod cup so you usually need .050 shorter pushrods with them in general.

No issues at 7100 and .610 lift. 3rd year on them, probably 12,000 miles.
