The exhaust port on a Ls7 head is raised up ~.100 over the exhaust port of other Ls series heads. But, everything (bolt holes, etc....) have been raised an equivilant ammount. The ports have the same spacing as other heads, so the heads hould bolt up, and match the manifolds.

I have not tried to bolt a set of those manifolds up, but it is my belief that they should bolt up without an issue. The only problem would be around ensuring since they are moved up slightly that that clear everything. So, a test fit would be required. This is the same issue with headers on Ls7 headed cars which is why you see the caveat on many of the headers out there * Except Ls7.

Some of the aftermarket heads use the +.100 raised exhaust port location as well (PI / Mast as an example).

Yes. As I said, I believe they should bolt up without issue.

I have a damaged l92 intake that I can send to you if you can cover the shipping. It just has a couple bolt holes torn off the top of the manifold, everything else is fine, good for mock up.
