6.2L, L92 CNC, Victor jr, Carb., CAM RECOMMENDATIONS?
Haven't bought any parts yet but have a new 6.2l engine L92 heads, leaving bottom end stock.
Going to send the heads out for CNC porting/milling or buy a set outright, going with a 850 carb., staying with hyd roller. rev to 7000. Automatic car for drag race application.
Cam, head, intake recommendations?
Have some ideas, just seeing what has worked for some that have been running the L92s.
Thanks

i have a nice cam for ya
255-263@050 -632 lift hyd roller- custom built by me and billy at comp cams for me
110 lobe centers w 3 degree advance built in to it on a very stable lobe core that will turn 7500 rpm easy with a good dual spring set up
can also be ran with solid lifters if you want
never ran this cam as i went to a true solid roller
new in box
$300 shipped

You might get away with a mid 230s intake without flycutting, But you want compression too? I'd go something like a 240-250 on 108 with 11:1 and flycuts. 110-112 stuff is a wide lobe sep for single plains. I run 110-112 on plastic intakes 108 on the single plain with a 240s intake.

Best thing you can do is get a custom cam cut for your appilication to be sure that all your parts are working together. I just had Goeff at EPS cut a custom cam for my 402ci. Be sure to have all the information about your build and your car handy so he can be spot on with the specs.

I just finished a carb'd 402 with around 12.5:1 compression, a single plane, and a custom spec'd COMP solid roller on a 106lsa, 256/262 @0.050 with 0.690 lift. Motor makes all the right sounds.
