Even with .030 I doubt he would have to flycut but of course it's always good to double check. I'm liking the cam choice and should be a pretty healthy setup with mild manners.

I had listed the car about a week ago, and hadn't considered just 'asking' my employer if I could modify my hours a bit to get more daylight at home. OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T MIND!
So I think I'm back to getting ready to get this thing back together. I just need to get the pistons, do a light hone, and put everything together.
I am still hunting for LS2 pistons, so if anyone has a line on a set of 8 please let me know.

Won a set on fleabay last night for only 169, new-old-stock
Just need some rings now, and will get the LS2 pistons hung on my LQ4 rods.
Ralph @ Kehl Tech is great, I call him up he tells me he can do stuff for me while I wait or overnight
